Confidence coach Lydia Frempong has been hired by Channel 4 to work with employees to deliver life coaching sessions, encourage personal development and further career progression.

Frempong worked with the broadcaster previously as a workshop leader for the 4Talent Road Show and has worked with a number of other media professionals to develop their skills. She commented 'Working with a progressive broadcaster that supports their staff with personal development suits my ethics in every way. I am continuously inspired to coach such talented individuals'.
